Billy Joe Saunders moves up to super middleweight

Former WBO World Middleweight Champion, Billy Joe Saunders, has announced he is moving up to 168lbs and the Super Middleweight Division. The WBO had ordered Saunders to challenge current middleweight champion, Demetrius Andrade, however, it is understood that Saunders will now challenge for the vacant WBO World Super Middleweight title.

Billy Joe Saunders, still undefeated at 27-0, will take on Shefat Isufi at Wembley Arena on Saturday 13th April 2019. This will be shown live on BT Sports and gives Bill Joe the chance to become a two-weight world champion should he be victorious.
